About the role
Temporary full time opportunity to provide provides high-level consultation, advice, support, and leadership to staff within Metro North Mental Health – The Prince Charles Hospital (MNMH-TPCH) who support consumers experiencing severe and persistent mental illness, along with their carers, families, and community supports. A key focus of the role is to strengthen collaboration across government agencies, non-government organisations, and private sector providers, supporting the delivery of a coordinated, multi-agency response to consumer needs.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Deliver high-level clinical consultation, education, training and direct clinical care co-ordination to support treating teams, for consumers who experience complex, severe and persistent mental illness.
- Co-ordinate key stakeholder meetings to develop, implement and review complex care review plans for consumers.
- Provide clinical leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of practices, procedures, and service improvement or research activities that enhance allied health service delivery and support the continuum of care within an innovative mental health service.
