About the role
Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide the Director of Nursing and The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH) Executive Office with high-level confidential and administrative support, including the organisation and management of matters referred to the Director of Nursing for resolution. This role will manage and coordinate the daily schedule of the Director of Nursing, facilitating a customer focused, high quality, and efficient service to achieve an optimal level of performance in a demanding executive environment.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, assist with human resource management, leave planning and recruitment.
- Maintain an effective records management system and manage computerised databases and ensure work practices align with Queensland Health Records Management Policy Standards and Procedures
- Assist to coordinate projects and tasks as directed by the Director of Nursing requiring a high level of bespoke problem solving, preparation of briefings and reports to a professional standard.
