We're looking for a detail-driven and reliable Bookkeeper to support our finance operations as we continue to grow.

Join our incredible team in an office-based in Burleigh Heads – We have plenty of work for those seeking full-time hours and can accommodate part-time requests from the right candidate. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting our leadership team and ensuring we stay compliant and efficient behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain bookkeeping systems
- Handle bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain customer and supplier records
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Maintain both single and double-entry bookkeeping systems
- Use commercial accounting software
- Prepare financial reports and account summaries
- Provide excellent customer service for billing inquiries
- Ensure 99%+ accuracy in all financial transactions

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • 5 years' bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong Xero proficiency (Odoo experience is a bonus)
  • Proficient in double-entry accounting
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) Solid understanding of GST, BAS and ATO compliance
