Real Estate Marketing & Administrative Assistant

Location: Beenleigh / Remote Flexible

Hours: Part-Time or Casual (flexible around study or schedule) approx. 20 hours per week.

Pay: $26-$33 per hour depending on experience.

About the Role

I'm Brock Morley, a real estate agent based in Loganholme, focused on building relationships through honesty, integrity, and trust.

I'm looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Administrative Assistant to help grow my personal real estate brand while supporting key administrative tasks.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both content creation and organisational work, and wants to gain real-world experience in real estate and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Marketing

  • Plan, brainstorm, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Assist with capturing and editing short-form video content and photos.
  • Create captions, graphics, and reels using tools like Canva or CapCut.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and monitor engagement.
  • Help manage comments, messages, and community interactions online.

Administrative Support

  • Enter property details and manage basic CRM updates.
  • Assist with general admin tasks such as file management, data entry, and email organisation.
  • Support client follow-up systems and other routine office tasks.

Ideal Candidate

  • Studying or recently completed a qualification in Marketing, Media, Business, or Real Estate.
  • Confident with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Skilled with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar content software.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple small tasks independently.
