We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Office & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This diverse role supports both our administration and marketing functions — helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations while promoting our projects and brand presence.

  • Casual Position – 24–30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Coordination

  • Provide general administrative support to the office and project teams.
  • Manage incoming calls and enquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Create and manage new job files, assigning to estimators or project managers as required.
  • Track and review tenders and quotations, ensuring key deadlines are met.
  • Maintain and update company documentation, including policies, procedures, and templates.
  • Assist with the certification process, compiling evidence, photos, and supporting documentation.
  • Create purchase orders and assist with the purchasing process as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for staff and contractors.
  • Organise and assist with fortnightly meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and tracking action items.

Marketing & Communications

  • Manage and curate project images for marketing and portfolio use.
  • Create and schedule weekly social media posts showcasing projects, team achievements, and company updates.
  • Draft and upload website blog posts and updates to keep content current and engaging.
  • Maintain and update product brochures and other promotional materials.
  • Support the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and engagement.

About You

  • Strong computer literacy and excellent attention to detail.
  • Organised, adaptable, and confident juggling varied priorities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media management and website updates (WordPress, Wix or similar).
  • Experience in marketing, communications, or content creation is an advantage.
