About the role

We have an exciting position for a highly organised and diligent Project & Office Coordinator based at our Rockhampton Office.

The Project & Office Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the day to day, administrative and personnel services in order to ensure our on-ground team are able to focus on the delivery of our projects. The role will also require you to have exceptional communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:


• Maintain and manage project data entry, accurate record keeping, including update of registers and daily costings using RMS project management systems


• Daily visits to project sites within Rockhampton region


• Organising of site facilities and ongoing maintenance management


• Support as required in relation to contract administration tasks


• Raise purchase orders for goods, services and required personnel as required ensuring correct coding


• Invoice reconciliation for daily dockets and other supporting documentation


• Collate and reconcile timesheets for workers and ensure accurate system input


• Perform reception and general administration duties


• Maintain office supplies and stock levels


• Assist Area Manager with tendering and business development


• Submit travel requisitions

Experience in construction is highly regarded as this role will interact with active work sites.
