Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Psychosocial Risk Lead, located in the Greater Melbourne Area. The Psychosocial Risk Lead will be responsible for assessing and managing psychosocial risks in the workplace, providing consulting services, developing and implementing risk management strategies, and offering managerial coaching and training. The role will also involve conducting risk assessments, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in psychosocial risk management, risk assessment, and risk mitigation
  • Skills in managerial coaching, consulting, and training
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders
  • Knowledge of workplace psychological health and safety regulations
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Occupational Health, or related field
  • Experience in a similar role within the mental health or workplace safety sector is a plus
