ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for full-time chefs who bring energy, passion, and skill to our high-volume kitchens. Whether in the bistro, restaurant, café, or functions, you'll sharpen your skills across multiple styles, cuisines, and techniques.

Excitingly, our functions kitchen has been completely renovated, the bistro upgraded with brand-new equipment, all set in a stunning waterfront venue with freshly refurbished spaces.

ABOUT YOU

  • Relevant qualifications or 2–3 years' experience in high-volume kitchens
  • Skilled in larder, pans, grill, and fryer (pizza, pasta, and breakfast = bonus points)
  • Positive attitude, calm under pressure, and hardworking
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
