is home to a small team with strong tenure — and even includes chef-prepared team lunches every Tuesday and Thursday.

About the Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company. This isn't a high-pressure environment; it's a supportive, collaborative team where your contribution is truly valued. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and our team, playing a key role in making sure the day-to-day operations run seamlessly. Your proactive approach and keen eye for detail will be essential in ensuring that our office is always presentable and that every guest feels welcome.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Warmly greet and assist all visitors, escorting them to meetings and offering refreshments.
  • Answer all calls and take messages, serving as the first point of contact for the company.
  • Ensure the office and kitchen areas are always tidy and well-stocked with supplies.
  • Set up and tidy meeting rooms, providing refreshments before and after meetings.
  • Manage the reception schedule, handle all incoming and outgoing mail, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the Executive Assistant and wider team, including filing, copying, scanning, and running errands.
