Are you a friendly and outgoing individual who loves interacting with people? Lansvale Motor Group is seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our busy Prestons Service Centre.

As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your exceptional phone manner and bubbly personality will be instrumental in providing excellent customer service.

This is a Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering of incoming service calls and returning any missed calls on behalf of the Service Department in a timely manner.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Schedule service booking appointments.
  • Assisting customers with all service enquiries.
  • Maintain a neat and organised reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar position or within the retail automotive industry would be desirable

  • Previous experience with EraPower and Super Service Triage would be desirable but not required

  • Exceptional phone manner

  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Well-presented, welcoming, professional, warm, and organised.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment such as phones, printers, and computers.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
