We are currently seeking for experienced knife hand/trimmer/Butcherfor an immediatestartat our processing facility in Osborne Park.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in Pre trim from Beef fore quarters and hind quarters
  • Ability cut to trim and yield specification as per requirements.
  • Experience in operating bandsaw will be advantage.
  • Knowledge of the dropped meat procedure.
  • Willing to undergo a Pre-employment medical.
  • Physically fit with an ability to complete repetitive motion tasks with hands and wrists.
  • Must be reliable and punctual with attendance.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong health, safety and food hygiene focus and the ability to ensure company guidelines are adhered to.
  • Ability to speak, write and understand a basic level of English and to understand and follow instructions. All positions will be required to work within a team-based environment to achieve daily tasks and requirements.
