Our passion is to bring Australians the very best in quality foods - from premium nuts and beans to legumes, dried fruits, Middle Eastern groceries and more.

We're more than just a food manufacturer - we're a tight-knit team rooted in tradition, committed to quality, and proud of the work we do. As our company continues to grow we're seeking an experienced Office All-rounder / Customer Service Rep to join our team. This is a full-time position with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Entering customer orders & invoicing into MYOB Acumatica
  • Managing shared company email inbox
  • Managing stationary orders /kitchen and bathroom supplies
  • Answering telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Scanning, filing and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting other departments when required
  • General office administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and assist across departments
  • Intermediate computer skills (MYOB experience advantageous but not essential)
