Building materials supplies My tile market / Kim’s tiling supplies is seeking an experienced online sales team member to join our team.

Duties to include the following:

- Handling customer orders, requests and queries in a timely professional manner.
- Picking, packaging and sending items out to customers
- Uploading new items on each website
- Maintaining current inventory levels across our online presence.
- Shop floor assistance when required. The right applicant must be highly organised, and demonstrate a self awareness of professional attention to detail and customer services.

Job Requirements:

- Experience in woo commerce/ IT or equivalent work experience of Minimum of 1 year experience delivering
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
- A strong understanding of the product they are selling
- Able to build rapport (listening and engaging with the customer)
- A strong understanding of your target audience
- Customer service skills
- Excellent knowledge of relevant programs (e.g. Google Ads, Analytics, Merchant centre, Wordpress (woocommerce), Adobe suite, Mac os, Google Workspace, Microsoft office)

Work hours & Location
- Casual ( Full time rill available after 3 month probation)
- Mon - Fri : 9am - 5pm,

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Roselands, NSW 2196: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
