Hilltop Estate – Tamborine Mountain, QLD

Hilltop Estate is preparing to open a stunning boutique venue combining luxury accommodation, a public restaurant, premium weddings, and unforgettable guest experiences on Tamborine Mountain. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and guest-focused individual to join our team during the exciting pre-opening phase and help shape the future of the Estate.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a hands-on operations role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with ownership to help set up systems, coordinate suppliers, manage enquiries, prepare the venue for opening, and deliver exceptional service as we grow.

What You'll Do
  • Support the venue setup and launch across accommodation, restaurant, and wedding spaces
  • Assist with building operational systems, processes, and checklists
  • Manage guest enquiries, bookings, and communication
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, cleaners, and partners
  • Assist with restaurant operations setup, menus, and service workflows
  • Help prepare the venue for inspections and licensing requirements
  • Host or support site visits, tours, and wedding viewings
  • Manage email inboxes, scheduling, and administrative tasks
  • Assist with content planning and basic social media updates
  • Uphold the Estate's brand standards and guest experience at all times

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in hospitality, accommodation, events, or venue coordination
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Comfortable in a varied role with both admin and hands-on tasks
  • Professional, reliable, and passionate about creating beautiful experiences
  • A positive, solutions-focused person who enjoys working with people
