About the Role:
You'll work under the Sous/Head Chef to produce high quality dishes across lunch and dinner service, maintain kitchen standards, and ensure smooth operations in our busy, recently revamped venue.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
- Ability to work independently and as part of the kitchen brigade
- Strong attention to detail in food prep, presentation and consistency
- Experience managing a section, maintaining stock, food safety and hygiene standards
- Comfortable in a fast-paced pub and bistro environment
