to help take us to the next level.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on bringing fashion product to life — from concept to customer. As
Head of Design & Production
, you'll manage the full product lifecycle: trend research, design planning, production management, and critical path delivery. You'll work closely with our internal designer and founders to ensure every collection is executed to the highest standard — on time, on brand, and built to sell.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Development

  • Conduct global and local market research across trends, fabrics, fits, and silhouettes
  • Lead product benchmarking, pricing strategy, and competitor analysis
  • Oversee sampling process, fittings, and product refinement

Design & Range Development

  • Collaborate closely with internal designer to shape cohesive, on-brand collections
  • Own and manage range plans, seasonal calendars, and design timelines
  • Ensure all product aligns with brand aesthetic, fit standards, and quality benchmarks
  • Lead all fit meetings and sign off on production-ready pieces

Production & Critical Path Management

  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle: concept > sampling > production > delivery
  • Liaise with offshore manufacturers, production teams, and freight partners
  • Own and enforce the product critical path to ensure timely and consistent delivery
  • Problem-solve production issues with urgency and precision

Creative Execution & Campaign Support

  • Collaborate with the creative team on campaign themes, moodboards, and shoot direction
  • Support sample coordination and timelines for content production and ecommerce
  • Ensure product presentation across all touchpoints is elevated and consistent

Team & Culture Leadership

  • Set the tone for clear communication, initiative, and accountability
  • Champion a fast-paced, solutions-focused team environment

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years in a senior fashion production, product, or design operations role
  • Able to confidently turn founder vision into production reality
  • Strong experience managing offshore production and factory relationships
  • Deep understanding of sampling, fitting, and product development
  • Highly organised, solutions-oriented, and commercially aware
  • Aligned with the style of the Sneaky Link target market and understanding of the demographic
  • Proficient in Notion, Slack, Google Sheets, and comfortable with Shopify analytics
