We're partnering with a valued community housing provider who is seeking a proactive
Housing Officer
to step in on a
3 month temporary contract
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys tenancy support work but is equally confident managing rent arrears, administration tasks and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting rent arrears management, including follow ups, payment plans and accurate record keeping
  • Providing administrative support across a specific allocated housing portfolio
  • Assisting with tenancy queries and general housing service coordination
  • Ensuring timely and compliant documentation to support the broader Housing team

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Housing, Community Services or similar community focused environments
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work with sensitivity and professionalism
  • Someone who can hit the ground running in a fast paced environment
  • Working with Children's, NDIS & National Police Check required or willingness to obtain
