About the role

Austrack Campers is seeking general factory hand to join our team. As a full-time role based in our Caboolture, Queensland facility, you will play a key part in the manufacturing and assembly of our range of high-quality caravans and camper trailers.

What you'll be doing

  • Assemble and fit out caravans and camper trailers from start to finish, ensuring a high-quality finish
  • Carry out a variety of manufacturing and assembly tasks, including framing, paneling, wiring, plumbing, and installing fixtures and fittings
  • Operate a range of hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with the wider manufacturing team to meet production targets and deadlines

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a similar caravan, camper trailer or manufacturing assembly role
  • Strong practical skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishing
  • Proficient in the use of a range of hand and power tools
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to workplace health and safety
