**About the business**

Fantasy caravan is one of the best Off-road Caravan manufactures in Australia providing a wide range of caravans. We are a growing business and group with approximately 50 employees now servicing over 1000 customers per year and selling our wide range of unique branded caravans.**About the role**We are currently looking for a self-motivated, goal-oriented full time Sales Representative to join our growing team in **Coopers Plains, QLD** and together, we can build our business to the next level.

Remuneration is a combination of base salary (commensurate with experience) together with a monthly commission linked to sales results.

**Skills and experience**

Relevant sales experience
Prefer experience or interest in the caravan, camping, 4WD industry, not necessary
Ability to deliver outstanding customer service experiences
Ability to follow a set process
Excellent communication and closing skills
Exceptional time management skills
A proven track record skill in a competitive retail sales environment
A positive attitude
Good computer skills
Must have an Australian Divers license
Able to work during the weekend if necessary
Monday to Friday 9:00-5:00, Saturday 9:00-4:00

**Role Responsibilities**

Present, promote and sell camper trailers and caravans to existing and prospective customers.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Attend Multi-Day Trade Shows and assist with set up
Analyze market's potential, track sales and status reports
Continuously improve through feedback

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

- Brisbane, QLD 4108: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

- Australia (required)
