Join the Caravan Assembler - Production Team Member role at ZONE RV.

Join our Zone Manufacturing/Production team as a Caravan Assembler and contribute to the high-quality and efficient assembly of caravans and components.
Reporting to Senior Production Supervisors, this full-time role is key to achieving production targets and maintaining quality and safety standards in a dynamic RV production environment.
Responsibilities
Assemble caravan components within assigned bays according to specifications and deadlines.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and company policies.
Use hand and power tools safely; report equipment faults.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and maintain workflow.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Wear required PPE at all times and adhere to all safety standards.
Inspect finished work for quality and report issues to the Bay Leader or Supervisor.
Monitor material usage and support process improvements.
Record production data to support reporting and traceability.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
Relevant trade or mechanical assembly qualifications a plus.
Skilled in safe and effective use of hand and power tools.
Physically able to perform manual tasks such as lifting and standing.
Knowledge of workplace safety and manual handling procedures.
