As we are one of Australia's leading outdoor leisure brands, we make it a priority to ensure our customers are receiving the highest quality service.

Due to our recent rapid growth we are currently looking to recruit an additional team member to join our Production team in Cooper Plains - we have casual, part time or full time opportunities.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

The role itself requires a customer focussed and outcome driven team player to join our team.  Full training and support is provided to ensure you have the skills, tools and opportunity to develop into a rewarding full time role. We are also open to casual and part time applications if this is what suits your lifestyle needs

THE MAIN RESPONSBILITIES OF THIS ROLE ARE:

  • Undertaking delivery duties for the production team from warehouse/storage yards to showrooms, towing campers and caravans will be required
  • Regular driving of our flatbed truck to recycle steel frames, 2km trip each way (MR Licence mandatory)
  • Forklift driving duties in the Warehouse
  • Assisting with the quality control of our product before customer pick up
  • General cleaning/detailing of the products and production area

WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE

You will have excellent time management and prioritisation skills, the desire to deliver an exceptional customer experience, sound problem solving skills and an excellent communicator.

  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn (mandatory)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (mandatory)
  • MR Licence (mandatory)
  • Forklift License (mandatory)
  • Reliability and honesty
  • Intermediate level computer proficiency
  • Administration skills along with good organisational skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • An excellent attitude and ability to work well within a team
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Be meticulous and have an excellent eye for detail
  • Highly MOTIVATED
  • Very RELIABLE
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
  • Full time, part time or casual
