We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Melbourne office, specialising in permanent and contract roles across Business Support, HR, Sales and Marketing.

The Role?

This is a warm desk with an established client base and strong PSA relationships, meaning you'll walk into a steady flow of roles from day one. With plenty of work already called in, a huge PSA list to leverage, and the backing of a fun, collaborative team culture, this is the perfect opportunity to build your career while enjoying the buzz of a fast-paced, high-energy market.

You'll partner with leading organisations (we're on the panel of most of the top 20 employers in Australia, including 4 of the top 5 banks) to source exceptional candidates and deliver real impact in their teams.

This role will suit someone who is:

-Experienced in agency recruitment (perm or contract)
-Commercially driven and confident in building client relationships
-Excited by business development and creating long-term partnerships
-Motivated, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
