We are currently seeking a talented and committed
Part time
State Visual Merchandising Manager
to join Unison. You will lead the Visual Merchandising across our
WA locations.
Reporting to the National Visual Merchandising Manager, the position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of presentation is thoroughly and consistently applied across our concept and concession pads.

About The Role

  • Maintaining VM and store presentation standards
  • Implementing training initiatives to develop VM skills at store level
  • Assisting with new store manager training sessions on VM standards
  • Overseeing the installation of instore and window VM concepts
  • Applying/interpreting and implementing the In-store VM Guidelines
  • In conjunction with the State Sales Manager and Store Managers, identifying and actioning VM opportunities to increase sales
  • Working with State/Area Manager, and Visual Merchandisers to set standards, provide feedback and support store staff in a professional and personable way

ALL ABOUT YOU:

  • A minimum of 3 years Visual Merchandising experience (with fashion experience as an advantage).
  • Exceptional time management, organisational and communication skills
  • Comfortable to work on a part time basis (4 days a week)
  • Strong leadership skills and works well as a part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail

To be considered for this Perth-based position, you are required to hold a current Driver's License and have a reliable vehicle for travel to all WA locations.
