About the role

Are you a hands-on Casual Merchandiser who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment? This is an exciting opportunity to join Fit Merchandising as a Casual Merchandiser based in Rockingham WA 6168. In this fulltime role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional in-store merchandising services to support our retail clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Ensure the timely and accurate execution of merchandising plans for our retail clients
  • Maintain an organised and visually appealing product display according to brand standards
  • Restock and replenish products as needed
  • Gather sales data and provide feedback on product performance
  • Collaborate with the retail team to identify and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar retail merchandising or customer service role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment
  • Proficiency in using basic retail technology and systems
  • Bunnings experience desirable
  • Planogram experience desirable
  • Own vehicle
