About the role

Fit Merchandising is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Casual Merchandiser to join our team in Belmont WA 6104. In this casual role, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual presentation and stock levels of Fit Merchandising's products across various retail locations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Ensuring store displays, shelves and fixtures are kept clean, tidy and well-stocked
  2. Effectively communicating with retail store staff to understand and meet their merchandising needs
  3. Replenishing and rotating stock to maintain optimal product visibility and availability
  4. Identifying and reporting any issues or out-of-stocks to the merchandising team
  5. Supporting the launch of new products or promotional campaigns
  6. Adhering to company policies and brand standards for visual merchandising

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a retail or merchandising role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with store staff
  4. Good organisational and time management skills
  5. Flexible and adaptable approach to accommodate changing store needs and priorities
  6. A keen eye for visual presentation and a passion for creating impactful retail displays
