As we continue our growth across our Logistics and Supply Chain team, we have an exciting opportunity to welcome a Supply Chain Graduate to our fast-paced Liquid Milk team based at Smeaton Grange.
About the Opportunity:
Our Supply Chain Graduate Program offers hands-on experience, structured development, and real responsibility from day one. Across 12–24 months, you'll rotate through key functions; Procurement, Logistics, Planning, and Continuous Improvement while gaining broad exposure to how our supply chain operates end-to-end.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to meaningful projects, analyse data, and support decisions that impact product flow, quality, and customer experience across ANZ.
Working with leaders in their field the rotations will include:
- Logistics: Distribution planning, freight coordination, warehouse support
- Inventory & Raw Material Planning: supplier management
- Supply Planning: production scheduling, inventory optimisation
- Demand Planning:
- Customer Service: internal and external supply chain customer support
- Continuous Improvement: Lean initiatives, process mapping, performance improvement
About You:
- You will have recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or similar (within last 2 years)
- Have strong analytical skills and Excel capability
- Curiosity, a learning mindset, and a passion for making processes better
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is an advantage
- A commitment for an ongoing contract for the period of the program
