About the Role

As an Educator or Room Leader, you'll play a vital role in creating engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's development across all domains. You'll work alongside a passionate and supportive team to deliver high-quality education and care, ensuring that every child feels safe, confident, and encouraged to explore and learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through play-based learning.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Assist with daily routines, supervision, and care practices.
  • Observe and document children's development and learning progress.
  • Collaborate effectively with your team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • For Room Leaders – guide and mentor team members, manage room operations, and lead programming (training provided if required).

About You

  • Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
  • Passionate about working with children and supporting their development.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care.
  • Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, and Child Protection Training.
  • Leadership potential and willingness to learn (training provided for Room Leader role).
