Move Forward is a partnership between Ben Gabrovec with Tom Edwards, Mat Cockroft, Peter Owens, Felicity Kermode, Aaron D'Rozario, Corey Evans and Clay McCulloch. Over the past 15 years this partnership has grown to 12 successful clinics.

We established our PD program with the belief that both experienced and recently graduated physiotherapists require comprehensive specialized training to become excellent private practitioners.  The program is presented chronologically and incorporates 4 streams of training;

• Orientation and pre start training to prepare you for the role,
• 2-year professional development program designed for new graduates but suitable for all levels of experience, with a strong focus on Private Practitioner Specific training,
• Ongoing professional development sessions covering a range of topics with guest speakers including specialists, GPs, radiographers and medical equipment presentations, and
• One on one mentoring sessions that will continue for the course of your employment.

The program's most intensive training and supervision occurs during the first six to twelve months, with greater independence as the program progresses. All training and PD including orientation is held in paid working hours. The program is tailored to each applicants level of experience and requirements.

PAY IT FORWARD Every Move Forward Physiotherapist will have one patient currently receiving free Physiotherapy in our PAY IT FORWARD program. We hope our PAY IT FORWARD program will inspire our patients to contribute good deeds in their local communities.

ZERO 2 HERO Move Forward has aligned itself as a corporate partner for this amazing local charity which envisions a world where every child and young person is educated and empowered to effectively deal with mental health issues.

THE OPPORTUNITY

• We have one permanent full time position available for immediate start at our Kinross clinic. This position is available due to the high performance of the clinic resulting in our physios being booked for days in advance. The position is permanent full time as the clinics growth and patient numbers mean we need to add to our valued team.
• Due to the constant growth at Move Forward and most of our clinics being booked days in advance we are always looking to add to our growing team. Additional roles will be created for the right applicants who are not successful for the Kinross position.
• All Move Forward positions come with a salary package that will be unmatched in private practice.
• The positions are exciting opportunities for Physiotherapists (New Graduate or Experienced) to join an amazing physio team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• APHRA Registered Physiotherapist.
• Full Time Australian Resident who is available to start immediately.
