We're a women's pelvic health physiotherapy clinic based in Bibra Lake, supporting women through every season of life — pregnancy, postpartum, menopause and beyond.

PhysioSista is a new physiotherapy clinic, where pelvic health care is simple, honest and supportive. We help women understand their bodies, feel confident to ask questions and find practical ways to move and live well at every stage of life. Our approach is down-to-earth, evidence-based and built on real connection, because pelvic health should never feel awkward or out of reach.

Our Bibra Lake clinic has 2 treatment rooms, plus a 60sqm onsite studio-gym. As a rehab focused physio clinic we are best suited to a Physiotherapist with experience in Clinical Pilates and/or strength training, or a keen interest in gym and exercise as therapy.

WANTED: Physiotherapist with an interest in Women's and Pelvic Health

Are you a physio who's ready to make an impact and grow in women's and pelvic health? We'd love to meet you

You're someone who:

• Has at least 2 years of experience, must be currently registered with AHPRA
• Is curious about women's and pelvic health (mentoring and support provided), completion or enrolment in postgraduate level programs and courses preferred.
• Has experience or interest in Pilates, strength and conditioning or exercise classes.
• Creates thoughtful, personalised treatment and exercise plans.
• Brings strong clinical reasoning and a collaborative spirit.
• Values continuous learning and teamwork.
• Has genuine passion for listening to clients' stories, educating and supporting women to feel confident in their bodies.

A Great Candidate will:

• Provide physiotherapy care focused on women's health and musculoskeletal health across all life staged
• Support clients through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause and beyond with their pelvic health journey
• Create individualised treatment and exercise programs
• Deliver hands-on therapy, movement-based rehabilitation and education to empower women in their recovery
• Use your clinical reasoning to assess, treat and guide clients toward long-term wellness
• Collaborate with our team of physios and massage therapists to deliver holistic, client-centred care
• Contribute to a warm, supportive environment where every client feels seen, heard and cared for
• Continue developing your clinical and professional skills with mentoring and ongoing learning opportunities.

WANTED: Massage Therapist

We are seeking candidates with 1-2 years of massage therapy experience.

You're someone who:

• Brings warmth, skill and care to every session
• Enjoys working with women of all ages and stages
• Is confident with various massage modalities and pregnancy massage
• Works well independently but thrives in a close-knit team
• Creates a supportive, nurturing environment for every client
• Brings professionalism, positivity and heart to their work
• Has appropriate qualifications and is able to register for health fund rebates.

What You'll do:

• Provide high-quality massage treatments tailored to each client's needs
• Support women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause and beyond
• Deliver therapeutic, remedial, relaxation and pregnancy massage with skill and care
• Create a calm, welcoming and safe environment for every client
• Maintain professional standards in client communication, documentation and confidentiality
• Educate clients on self-care, posture and body awareness where appropriate
• Contribute to the positive, empowering and client-centered culture at PhysioSista
