**Hardship and Collections Consultant - Contractor**

As a consultant your role will entail:

- Assisting our customers who are going through financial distress.
- Engage with customers proactively and empathetically through outbound and inbound calls.
- Provide guidance and support to our customers.
- Provide the best solutions to help bring our customers back to financial well-being.

**What do I need?**

To excel in this role, the following experience is required:

- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated and accountable.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and deal with calls in an empathetic manner.
- Balanced decision-making.
- Call Centre inbound and outbound calls or equivalent experience (desirable)
- Interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask
- Adherence to regulations
