What You'll Do
As a Solution Architect, you'll be responsible for leading technology initiatives to solve our client's problems; working on a variety of tech/digital topics, and applying speciality/generalist consulting skills to strategic digital & technology questions. Partner with clients to understand their issues, define IT strategies, and architecture solutions, win buy-in for your recommendations, and collaborate to transform client potential into performance.
You will be passionate about driving thought leadership, have hands-on experience working with technology and are keen to learn about strategy and how to drive commercial outcomes through technology.
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

5+ years' experience in a technology consultancy; digital/technology and/or relevant industry experience
- Practical hands-on experience as a software engineer, business analyst, IT architect or solution designer
- Experience with large programs of work ideal
- Retail and supply chain experience highly regarded
- In-depth knowledge of architecting solutions at an enterprise scale
- Experience leading high-performing technology business case/project/delivery teams
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability and conceptual thinking
- Excellent communication, story-lining, client facing and consulting skills
- Commercial/strategic mindset, presence and senior gravitas
- Bachelors degree preferably in an IT/Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
- MBA, Masters or PhD will be highly regarded
- Flexibility to travel within A/NZ, Asia Pacific and globally as required.
