Gemini Geebung is a busy and fast-paced repair workshop specialising in quick-turnaround repairs for drivable vehicles. Backed by RACQ as a trusted insurance partner, our site enjoys a consistent workflow, keeping our energetic 17-person team engaged and motivated. With a fully equipped workshop—including welders and two spray booths—and a convenient location near Sandgate Road and Geebung Station, we're set up for success.

The Opportunity

We're currently looking for a Trainee Vehicle Estimator to join our team.

If you're currently working in a trade role within the smash repair industry and are keen to move into estimating, this is the perfect stepping stone. You'll work closely with our experienced Centre Manager, receive hands-on training, and build your skills and support the workshop team in quoting, customer service, and production coordination.

This is a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday, offering a long-term career pathway in a growing business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Learn to assess and quote vehicle damage accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
  • Assist with vehicle intake, inspections, mapping, and imaging.
  • Support parts management and ensure timely ordering and delivery.
  • Liaise with suppliers and insurers to get additional work approved.
  • Assist in managing workflow and production timelines.
  • Support customers through the repair process and handover.

About You

  • Previous experience in the collision repair industry in a trade role or similar a MUST
  • Keen interest in developing estimating skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a safety-first approach.
  • Great communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable, positive, and eager to learn.
