Project Manager | Critical Power & Energy Infrastructure

Techforce is proud to be partnering with a leading EPCM provider specializing in critical power and energy infrastructure. With a strong pipeline of high-value projects across renewables, energy storage, and HV systems, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their high-performing team.
This is a pivotal leadership role for a practical, solutions-focused individual who excels at balancing technical challenges with commercial priorities.
About the Role:
Based in their Perth office, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex and critical power projects. Reporting to the General Manager, you will have full autonomy and ownership, ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution through to commissioning and client handover.
- Managing all commercial aspects, including project budgets, P&L, contract administration, and variations.
- Coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, and site construction to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, and managing all stakeholder communications.
- Driving a culture of safety and quality, ensuring full compliance with all OHS, environmental, and quality standards.
- Providing clear and concise project reporting to senior leadership.
About You:
You are a grounded and results-driven leader who combines structured project management principles with real-world delivery experience. You are a natural problem-solver with strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence and lead diverse teams.
You will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or an equivalent combination of a trade qualification and extensive experience.
- A minimum of 5 years' project management experience in the construction, power, infrastructure, or a related heavy industry sector.
- A proven track record of successfully managing multi-million-dollar projects from start to finish.
- Strong commercial skills, including experience with contract management and budget ownership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
