As our project portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Construction to oversee and deliver projects across our Western Australian operations.

About the Role

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of construction delivery — from project planning through to final completion. While you will work closely with design and engineering teams during pre-construction and early design coordination, your primary focus will be on construction execution, stakeholder management, financial performance, and project delivery.

You will ensure each project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, aligning with Bugardi's values and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of construction projects from mobilisation to handover.
  • Coordinate site operations, subcontractors, and project teams to achieve successful delivery.
  • Liaise with design and engineering teams during pre-construction to ensure buildability and project alignment.
  • Oversee budgets, cost forecasting, progress claims, and overall project financial control.
  • Drive safety leadership, ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and Bugardi's HSEQ standards.
  • Manage contracts administration, procurement schedules, and subcontractor performance.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks throughout planning and construction.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to site and project delivery teams.
About You

We're looking for a results-driven construction leader with proven experience delivering complex industrial or commercial projects.

You will have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in construction project management.
  • Strong background in industrial and commercial builds, ideally within the last 5 years.
  • Solid understanding of Australian building codes, standards, and construction regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams across multiple project phases.
  • Strong leadership in safety, quality, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.
