About the Opportunity

We're looking for experienced MC and HC Licensed Truck Drivers who take pride in delivering high-quality work. If you're someone who's reliable, safety-conscious, and confident behind the wheel, we'd like to hear from you.

More specifically, you will:

  • Transport agricultural commodities to farmers and growers
  • Drive modern B-doubles, road trains, or semis
  • Perform pre-starts, safety checks, and general maintenance
  • Keep clear and accurate records of your deliveries
  • Follow designated routes and adapting when needed
  • Work independently while staying in touch with our team
  • Maintain compliance with fatigue, mass, and safety regulations

This role includes regular overnight trips, so we're looking for drivers who are flexible and comfortable with time away from home (at a minimum of 3 nights away per week).

About You

A valid MC or HC licence

Experience driving heavy vehicles – agriculture experience preferred but not required

Sound knowledge of fatigue management and HVNL

A can-do attitude and a commitment to safety

Great communication skills with a strong customer focus

Location

Our home base is Ararat, VIC, but we're open to applicants from across Victoria (Ballarat, Ararat, Bendigo, Horsham, Geelong, Warrnambool, Portland etc).
