Heavy Vehicle Mechanic – Borg Fleet Management

Borg Fleet is looking for a skilled and motivated
Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
to join our team. We manage the repair and maintenance of a large fleet of trucks and trailers, ensuring our operations run smoothly and reliably.

What you'll be doing:

  • Servicing, repairing, and maintaining heavy vehicles, trucks, and trailers.
  • Diagnosing mechanical faults and carrying out repairs to a high standard.
  • Performing preventative maintenance and inspections.
  • Working with a supportive workshop team to keep over 800 vehicles on the road.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

What we're looking for:

  • Trade-qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic (Cert III or equivalent).
  • Strong experience working on trucks, trailers, and heavy vehicles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Current driver's licence (HR or above highly regarded).
