We're Hiring: Casual Customer Service Team Member

Location: 7 Hansen Court, Coomera, QLD (Office-based role)

Start Date: Mid October

Hours/Shifts: Day & night shifts available

What You'll Be Doing
  • Responding to customer enquiries with care and professionalism (via email, social media and other internal platforms)
  • Assisting with order-related questions and resolving delivery or product issues
  • Providing exceptional support to both retail and wholesale customers
  • Collaborating with our warehouse and office teams to keep things running smoothly
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Sharing customer insights to help improve products and experiences
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Previous customer service experience (Shopify or internal ticketing system experience is a bonus, but not essential)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A problem-solver with great attention to detail
  • Positive, team-oriented, and reliable
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working across different online systems (Shopify and Shipstation a bonus, but not essential)
