300 Acres is looking for an experienced and hands-on Duty Manager to join our busy bar and restaurant team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant venue that's always buzzing with locals and visitors alike.
About the Role:
As Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our busy venue, ensuring smooth service and a great guest experience across both bar and restaurant areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring high service standards
- Managing and supporting a team of front-of-house staff
- Providing on-the-go training and leadership to team members
- Opening and closing the venue
- Cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation
- Maintaining a positive, professional, and energetic work environment
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar bar/restaurant management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for great service and team development
