We operate under contracts from the Australian Government, delivering essential services such as Workforce Australia – Employment Services, Disability Employment Services, and Workforce Australia – Transition to Work. Our Reach: Our geographical footprint spans over 48 offices from Foster in NSW to Noosaville in QLD. We serve diverse communities and work tirelessly to provide excellent customer service and personalised advice to participants.

The Role: Employment Adviser (EA) - As an EA at TURSA, you'll play a vital role in supporting participants on their journey back to work. Some of our participants face vulnerabilities, and your empathetic approach will be crucial.

This role will be based at our Murwillumbahsite and is a permanent full-time position. Though this role is advertised for full-time, if you are the right candidate, we may consider part-time positions.

Your responsibilities include:

What we need from you:

  • Ability to build professional relationships with employers and participants
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
