Service Advisor Wanted – Join Our Dynamic Team

As a Service Adviser for Pacific Gympie you are part of the Pacific Gympie Dealership Group with 3 dealership locations between Gympie and the Sunshine Coast and you will have access to all of our brands such as GWM, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Isuzu, Honda, Renault and JAC. The Pacific Gympie dealership group is family-owned and has been operating for over 20 years in the Gympie and Sunshine Coast region and provides jobs to over 90 people locally. You will be joining a friendly, and positive team who are passionate about all things automotive, achieving exceptional customer satisfaction and achieving high results.

Location: Gympie

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive, based on experience + performance incentives

What You'll Do:

  • Greet customers and assist with their service needs in a professional and friendly manner
  • Coordinate vehicle service and repair bookings efficiently
  • Communicate clearly with technicians and keep customers informed on job progress
  • Provide accurate cost and time estimates for vehicle services
  • Process invoices and handle warranty claims
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Basic mechanical knowledge is highly desirable
  • A current driver's license (mandatory)
