Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Leading by Example: Foster a culture of excellence in service, hospitality, and teamwork.
• Ensuring Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
• Team Development: Train, motivate, and mentor staff to deliver a premium guest experience.
• Collaborative Decision-Making: Work closely with chefs, bartenders, and front-of-house staff to create a cohesive, high-performing team.
• Brand Ambassador: Ensure the Icebergs standard and reputation are maintained across all aspects of the operation.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in restaurant management, with a passion for premium food and hospitality.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A proactive, positive, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A love for creating memorable guest experiences and leading a team to success.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years' experience in leadership roles within Food & Beverage, Cafe, or Bar operations.
• Food Safety Supervisor and RSA Certificate (essential).
• Passion and customer focus: genuine interest in food and hospitality, understanding that our guests come first.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing team.
