Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Leading by Example: Foster a culture of excellence in service, hospitality, and teamwork.
- Ensuring Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
- Team Development: Train, motivate, and mentor staff to deliver a premium guest experience.
- Collaborative Decision-Making: Work closely with chefs, bartenders, and front-of-house staff to create a cohesive, high-performing team.
- Brand Ambassador: Ensure the Icebergs standard and reputation are maintained across all aspects of the operation.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, with a passion for premium food and hospitality.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A proactive, positive, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A love for creating memorable guest experiences and leading a team to success.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years' experience in leadership roles within Food & Beverage, Cafe, or Bar operations.
- Food Safety Supervisor and RSA Certificate (essential).
- Passion and customer focus: genuine interest in food and hospitality, understanding that our guests come first.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing team.

About Us
SSP is a leading operator of food and beverage outlets in travel locations worldwide, with c.43,000 colleagues in over 600 locations across nearly 40 countries.
We operate sit-down and quick service restaurants, cafes, lounges and food-led convenience stores, principally in airports and train stations, with a portfolio of around 550 international, national and local brands.
