Key responsibilities include:

Set up the restaurant or function in line with the venue's requirements.Follow company polices and procedures and vision.Promote positive guest service standards on each shift to ensure standards of excellence are provided.Participate in all pre/post shift briefings to assist with the smooth transition and handover between shifts.Ensure the work area is fully maintained including level of stock and cleanliness of equipment.Promote a positive working relationship between team members and other departments within the company.Handle all guest enquiries immediately and courteously.Manage cash register and monetary transactions correctly.

What we're looking for:

Friday, Saturday & Sunday availability is essential for this position Experience in high volume and fast-paced venues is desirableKnowledge of the venue and our offerings/activationsAbility to work close shifts (1am finishes). Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, as full training will be provided.Be a positive and collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.Hold a valid Queensland RSA.
