Role Purpose
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for Crystalbrook Vincent in Brisbane – those who have an unwavering passion and flair for all things Food & Beverage are encouraged to apply.

• Section Wait Staff - A-La Carte and Gastro Pub Classics
• Food and Drink Servers - up early for Breakfast service
• Conference and Events Attendants - set up and pack down of events. Attending to our guest by providing elevated food & beverage service.

We can offer shifts that vary from early mornings for a beautiful breakfast service to late night cocktails in the most special venues in town. Our exceptional award-winning venues thrive with personality and gastric delights to suit every taste.

Responsibilities
Skills and experience:
The positions report to Food and Beverage Managers and work alongside a passionate and supportive team who believe in crafting incredible culinary experiences for all guests.

We take great pride in delivering the very best dining experience in our restaurant. Because of this we are seeking zealous, engaging and professional food and beverage wizards

You Will Need To Demonstrate

• Recent experience in food and beverage service in a high-end environment
• A current QLD RSA Certificate
• Availability across a 7 day roster - AM and PM shifts
• A high standard of service and an agile, high-energy personality
• An engaging, confident and guest centric character with a natural drive to provide memorable guest experiences
