Full-Time | Demolition & Earthworks

All Cleared Pty Ltd is a fast-growing demolition and site preparation company operating across SEQ. We're currently seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Estimator to join our team.

We're open to both experienced estimators or someone ready to be trained — if you're confident, organised, and eager to grow in construction, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to builder and online quote enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Review site plans, notes, and project details to prepare accurate quotations
  • Communicate directly with clients to clarify scope, inclusions, and expectations
  • Negotiate pricing, variations, and terms within company guidelines to achieve successful outcomes
  • Build strong relationships through consistent, transparent, and proactive communication
  • Schedule and coordinate site inspections where required
About You

Experienced candidates:

  • Strong background in construction estimating or quoting (demolition/waste or trades a plus)
  • Confident dealing with builders and pricing scopes
  • Familiar with AroFlo, DocuSign, and cloud-based job systems

Trainees:

  • Strong work ethic, detail-focused, and keen to learn
  • Confident communicator
  • Comfortable with construction processes or working alongside trades
