Program & Events Manager (Group Fitness)

The role
As Program & Events Manager, you'll lead ATRIA Wellness Club's group fitness programs and corporate wellness events. From creating dynamic timetables and supporting instructors to delivering standout member activations, you'll drive participation, build community, and help bring wellness to life across the club and building.
Key responsibilities
- Curate and manage a diverse schedule of group fitness classes and events tailored to the needs and preferences of our members
- Recruit, train and manage a team of experienced group fitness instructors
- Collaborate with the building management team to promote group fitness offerings and events
- Monitor participation and feedback to continuously improve the schedule
- Ensure the group fitness facilities and equipment are well-maintained and fit for purpose
- Contribute to the overall strategy and vision of the facility
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar group fitness or program management role
- Proven track record of developing and delivering successful group fitness programs and events
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with members and lead the instructor team
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Passion for health, fitness and providing an exceptional member experience
- Relevant fitness qualifications (e.g. Pilates, reformer, barre, Yoga)
