JOB DESCRIPTION/S

Due to our recent expansion in the south Brisbane area, we are recruiting 1. Customer Service Consultants, 2. Cleaners, & 3. Group Fitness Instructors for our newly renovated Health Club.

CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANTS

We'd love to hear from highly motivated, ambitious and passionate people who love sales and customer service to join us as a Customer Service Consultant, working across various shifts, including early mornings, late afternoon evenings and weekends.

The Role

The role of Customer Service Consultant involves day to day customer service to all members and guests, identifying prospective members' health and fitness needs and tailoring the best possible membership solution for them. A Customer Service Consultant will actively seek new business for the club, representing the facility in a positive and professional manner whilst achieving both individual and team goals/targets as set out by management.

• Experience in Microsoft Office
• Hold or be able to obtain current First Aid & CPR Certification

Prior experience in fitness, salesand/orcustomer service environment is highly advantageous. We are looking for people to join our team who can work flexible hours, predominantly early mornings, late nightsand weekends.

You must have great attention to detail and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Social media platforms. Be a bright, confident, outgoing and people orientated personality. CLEANERS

We are on the lookout for hardworking, energetic & reliable individuals to join our cleaning and maintenance Team. These roles will require early starts and/or late finishes (it's a not 9-5pm role), including weekend shifts on a rotational system.

The Role

The ideal candidate will be experienced in cleaning and have high attention to detail

• Cleaning of all areas: gym floor, bathrooms, outdoor areas
• Daily cleaning schedules, toilets, showers, vacuuming, sanitising, dusting, cleaning mirrors
• Weekly cleaning schedules, deep cleaning bathrooms, saunas, steam rooms, windows etc
• Cleaning of gym equipment including re-stacking and organising of equipment (e.g. weights to racks)
• Maintain cleaning/maintenance records to our standards
• Delivery of positive communication to all customers
• All equipment supplied

Minimum Requirements

Ability to work on a rotating roster, including early mornings and weekends

Friendly, caring and enthusiastic personality and positive communication to all customers

Self-motivated, ability to work autonomously and initiate on the job

Full Australian work rights

• Valid Drivers License
• First Aid Certificate/ CPR Certificate (can be obtained)
• Proven knowledge of WH&S
• Availability days, nights andweekends, and availability to work 'split shifts'
• A strong customer focus/service orientation
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Friendly, caring and enthusiastic personality

GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTORS/COACHES

Are you passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals? We're on the lookout for energetic, inspiring, and qualified Group Fitness Instructors and Coaches to join our growing team

The Role

We're seeking a variety of instructors and coaches to deliver high-quality classes and training experiences, including:

• Yoga Instructors
• Pilates & Reformer Pilates Instructors
• Les Mills Certified Instructors (Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Attack etc.)
• Zumba Instructors
• Aqua Fitness Instructors
• Functional Training Coaches – Cert IV in Fitness required

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant qualifications and certifications (Group Fitness, Yoga, Pilates, Cert III/IV in Fitness, etc.)
• Current CPR & First Aid certificates
• Enthusiasm, energy, and a genuine passion for fitness
• Ability to connect with members and create an uplifting class experience
