Property Solicitor (2–3 Years PQE) – Sydney CBD

The Opportunity:

We are seeking two experienced Solicitors with 2–3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join the firm's Property team in Sydney. Working closely with senior practitioners and respected Partners, you'll gain exposure to a diverse range of property matters and play a key role in delivering high-quality legal solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and assist with property transactions from start to finish
  • Advise clients on commercial, residential, and retail property matters
  • Draft, review, and negotiate leases, contracts, and related documents
  • Conduct due diligence, manage settlements, and liaise with relevant stakeholders
  • Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver exceptional client service

About You:

  • Minimum 2–3 years PQE in property law (experience in commercial or conveyancing matters highly regarded)
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to manage multiple files with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills and a client-centric approach
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
