TalentFix is working with a leading Renewable Energy Developer who is looking for a confident and capable
Civil
Site Engineer
to oversee construction activities, manage contractors, and drive project success. You'll significantly impact the project and will be involved from pre-construction through to completion.

About the Role

You'll be the key on-site leader, ensuring all civil and mechanical works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating EPCs, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Overseeing construction activities, from earthworks to module installation.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Solving technical challenges and keeping projects on track.

What is needed for this role?

This role will best suit strong communicators and problem-solvers with experience in large-scale and complex construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years in renewable energy, civil, or mechanical construction.
  • Experience managing contractors on utility-scale solar or BESS projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil and mechanical construction methodologies.
  • The ability to lead, coordinate, and drive project outcomes.
  • A strong HSE focus

About You

You've spent years managing contractors on large-scale construction projects, keeping things on schedule and making sure work is done right the first time. You know how to read technical drawings, solve problems on-site, and keep teams aligned on safety and quality.
