Black Bear Solutions is currently seeking Multiple Recyling Spotters/ Labourers for positions across Sydney.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a genuine temp to perm position. There are multiple opportunities for career advancement for superstar performers.

About the role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Working in and around plant & heavy machinery
  • Assisting the maintenance team as required
  • General housekeeping of the site
  • Communicate effectively between all personnel on site

Essential Criteria:

  • Available Monday to Friday for day shift hours
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
  • General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
  • Asbestos Awareness Completion ( advantageous)
