This role ensures the smooth scheduling, preparation and follow-up of governance meetings, supports the delivery of high-level internal and external reporting and assists in embedding efficient and transparent governance practices. About You

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, showing initiative and a strong work ethic to meet critical deadlines — including after-hours when required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using reporting or workflow tools.
- Adaptable, resilient, and willing to step into new challenges, including providing continuity and support for the Governance Lead as needed.
